Android To iOS

Hey, my main account is on a Android device, but I also have an iPad , I noticed that playing on iPad is significantly faster than Android, is it possible that I can go back and forth between devices?
Without losing my account or going against ToS? It would help save time and shards for symbioid boosts for the symbiote difficulty
