Looking for active group and wanting more out of the game

We are a strong team top 350 in AQ and we have been in platinum ranking as well. Unfortunately a few player decided to coast and do bare minimum and we are slipping out of platinum
That’s why we want to clean house and replace bottom player who are not active enough
Requirements
A group of 5-10 player (this in not a merge)
Strong gold 1 player that want platinum
-have 100% act 5
-have 1 R5 and close to a 2nd one
- LoL 1 path done
- US based mendatory
- And be active
Our goal is to break 250 in AQ and stay in platinum in the next season.
