I was wondering what this even is and how I sign up

    For me it’s nothing but a headache. Never got a single point from them. I’ve sent about 10 emails. 4 of them were never responded to and are over a year old.

    Go to marvel.com/insider to sign up (only avail if you're a US resident). You get points for completing activities under the "activities" tab.

    Those points are used to redeem rewards through the site. Just make when redeeming rewards you enter your mcoc in-game name exactly as it appears in-game. I have been using insider for a few years and always get my points and rewards.

    @Philly3974 have you ever had to deal with the customer service? I’ve entered my name correctly every single time and they just say they will look into it and I never hear back.

    I've got 217,000 points(True Believer right here) waiting for a good deal. It is worth it you can grab a bunch of really unique 2#.

    I've had to deal with their customer service recently when they changed/updated their website and couldn't log in through FB anymore..sent an email since my email wasn't being recognized, they responded and fixed it. Never had a problem since..

    Maybe try opening up a new account using a new email..remember that game name is case/symbol sensitive..

    excuse me? I am British. I am signed up; I have 265,000 redeemable points and I've collected 920,000 total. I've got 2* Vulture, Blade, IW Iron Man and Sentry from Insider, a 2* Beast from the X-Men crystal in March and I've got 3*s of TR, IW Cap and Domino from Insider. I didn't bother with Omega Red because I didn't want him, nor did I want Sentinel, the 2* Korg, the 3* Proxima/Corvus crystal, Killmonger or Red Skull.

    it's not lying. It's choosing not to fill out all the personal info. It's being selective.
