Dr Voodoo's block doesn't give energy resistant as intended!!

in Bugs and Known Issues
blocking with voodoo should give him a flat 2000 energy resistant but i doesn't work at all. i have tried that against Magik & Ice man but nothing was happening also his dash back is very short that some ranged specials like venom's L2 can't be evaded.

    If you are talking about Coldsnap and Limbo, the damage from those is not reduced by Voodoo ability.
    It is supposed to be like this

    no it does NOT!! limbo can be reduced by Mordo ( has a similer energy resistance while blocking like voodoo)so please make sure before you talk!

    They still have not corrected the error in Mordo's description. pre 12.0 it read

    Signature Ability – Mystical Barrier: By conjuring a magical barrier, Mordo Resists 80% of any Energy Damage attacks and debuffs.
