Deadpool x-force special 1 bleed not triggering

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I have a dpxf and who is unlocked and every time i use my special 1 now it only does the unlocked bleed effect around 300 dmg insted of the bleed listed in the discription 2000 dmg.
Anyone else having this issue?

    He is duped right because correct me if I’m wrong but his special 1 doesn’t naturally inflict bleed. If duped, there is a problem, if not, problem solved

    Nevermind i was reading special 2 as special 1 sorry mcoc community.
