NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
(Damn it MCU stay outa this!)
Brief history: Iron Patriot is Nornal Osborn (AKA GREEN GOBLIN) when he took over SHIELD. He made a dark avengers team and was basically evil Iron Man and Captain America at the same time
Bullseye stood in for Hawkeye, Daken took over for Wolverine, and Scorpion (with venom) was a stand in Spider-Man.
Don’t take the MCU at face value for all the characters that’s also not the proper Mandarin and the OG Iron Man Armor looked a lot less human. He went straight from the MK1 all the way to model 40 tech in less than a year. When in reality it took decades of comics for his now iconic looks to come out
Also Storm Breaker belongs to Beta Rey Bill, and that’s actually the ULTIMATE Universe 1616 Mjlinor with a wooden handle
And STAR LORD basically had both his costume and signature weapon changed to match the MCU appearance in the comics
Only in the movies is he a hero, in the comics it's actually Norman Osborn in the suit in which he led basically a villain's version of the avengers team

Didn't stop Kabam from putting IP in the cinematic crystal.
