App Opening in Chat Tab, Bug

When I open the MCOC app, it automatically takes me to the social chat tab, instead of to whatever part of the app I had open (ie main screen, AQ, quest, champ roster, etc). This has been very repeatable for me. If go to my phone home screen, and lock my phone, after I unlock and click the MCOC app, it opens then immediately takes me to the chat screen as if I'd hit the friend icon in the bottom left corner, which I'm not doing. I have an iphone Xs. Is this happening to anyone else?

    I’ve been having the same issue for the past weeks (iPhone X). Doesn’t always open the chat screen, if I’m in the start screen it takes me to the alliance help tab.
    Also had a few scary moments when I left it open on the alliance info page and when I came back I got the pop up to confirm I want to leave and another time on the alliance member page to confirm I want to kick member X.
    On other occasions I opens the chat screen which isn’t so bad, just a bit annoying.

    We'll get this reported to the rest of the team, but just a question: Are you closing out of the game entirely or just minimizing it?

    Just minimizing it, but waiting more than like 30 sec to open it again. It I minimize and reopen instantly the behavior is normal. If I close the game entirely the behavior is normal. I can send a video if you'd like.
