Where to get "Arena Refill" in Game

Hi Kabam, I just want to know, where to earn "Arena Refill" which you have provided multiple times as a compensation, I have seen store and other area, nothing is available.
Suggesting to give chance to purchase this or earn in quest or somewhere in rewards.
I hope, will get some reply from Kabam or his representative on this.

You can refill your champ for 5 units anyway. But I like your idea

there is currently no way to earn them in the game.
