Bug in Daily Class Quest

Last night before getting to sleep I had finished the Skill Daily Quest: Hard 100% and almost 50% of Medium. When I woke up now I got to finish 50% of Medium and then as usual it had switched to Science Slaughter by then. Only now it says I’ve done 100% on both Medium and Hard which ofc I haven’t. When I open both quests they are indeed fully explored. How??
