Hulk Ragnarok used to regen 70% of damage from Damage Over Time Effects, now it's been reduced to 0.7% without any notice, and COINCIDENTALLY right after a Youtuber posted video showing how awesome this regen works with Heimdal synergy.

Edited - just checked mine yes shows on character sheet 0.7% now instead of 70% and I just r4 him. This is lame
