the ultron drone does place fatigue debuffs while under the effect of stun .. + on heavies without evading

    Read his abilities. He has a chance to do it without that node and evading. Its a crazy ridiculous design.

    yes he has a chance to evade by 18% but the fatigue does only place when he evades an attaque but how can he place it without evading while he is under stun this is complete nonesense also the chance of him triggering it is crazy high had like s** loads of fight against him and he was procing it 90% in a 2 hit heavy
