Dissapointed from crystals

Dear Kabam, I opened more than 15 4* crystals but no good or OK champ.i get champs like ant-man, juggernaut etc. Over 100 PHC's but only 1 4*,when I get near to a 4* the roster stops but crystal still spins, this means we don't get what we are supposed to. So please give us something useful. Thank you

    From last 2 months, kabam is deliberately not providing even a 3 star from PHC what to say of 4 star, and from 3 and 4 star crystals, they are providing useless dupes. My progress has stopped, I could not forge ahead in Act 4 chapter 3. My ISOs are expiring, I am so broken that I am on verge of leaving the game, which I played like religion my 2 accounts (9-10 months old).

    Worthy game in an unworthy hands.

    its almost like most of the 4* champs are not good champs.
    with like 125 champs, thats a high chance most you pull will be bad
    out of like the 25 god tier+ on seatins tier list (as an example), the chances of pulling a good one would be around 5% per crystal
    5% * 15 is 75%, so around a 75% chance to get a really good champ in 15 crystals. so your luck is around average.
    the premiums on the other hand have a drop rate of 2% meaning about 1 4* in around 50 crystals, so sorry for your luck there.

    You play with the champs you have and grind for the easy 4 star champs to help you grind for the champs you want, which is how i got hyperion, iceman, sparky, blade, medusa, duped starlord, etc. If you're waiting for a phc to hand you a god, you'll be waiting a long time.

    This is one of the games primary features and also one of its flaws. 90% of your progression is dependent on RNG.

    If you want a brand new champ spend a few hundred dollars on refreshes and make the top 150 in the arena that comes around every week in the arena.

    The longer you play the game the more you’ll see ppl post comments like this. However understand that thousands of ppl understand your frustration and there are no easy answers only expensive ones.
