Why am I being given the loss???

So, this is a thing that is a constant in here. Nothing has ever ben done, and I know I am not the only summoner experiencing this.
When playing with low WiFi signal, the game stalls and you have to restart to get it going again. No big deal. But when you have just won a fight, and it stalls on the end of fight screen, with your fighter you just won with, and you have to do the restart, why is there now a loss where there should be a win?!?!??? The fight is over when the stall happens! This isn't a timeout in aq.
Kabam, what are you gonna do about this? I just lost my infinite streak, again, because of this!
The fight was my 4* Venom vs. Winter Soldier in 4* basic arena. I don't have the time to get Gwenpool, I'm grinding to help my alliance get shards.
Do something!

    i feel your pain, i had this issue a tone of times, but i am not sure they can do much , don't play if not having good connection ( personal advice).
    basically if no connection was provided at the end of battle that victory cannot be registered on server so ..... its a loss :( sad but true

    Because you lost signal before the fight results could be uploaded to the servers, they treat it as if you quit the fight before it was completed which results in a loss and half your health. This is the reason I hate that the players have to be online ALL THE TIME, especially for non-alliance fights (like AW and AQ).

    wait a second, I'm a programmer they KNOW when we win or we lose, because they have to tell the server the response of the match.. but then we "close" the app because the loader never ends and when we open it up later, the progress of the fight get lost and we lost the battle too..

    They can easily save the information somewhere (localstorage etc..) and push back to server when we reopen the app, not that difficult at all!

    Very annoying, mine never dropped just randomly does that.
