Just got enough tech t4cc to rank one champ to rank 5. Who should I rank up?

I have duped star lord & rocket racooon. Also have ultron, yondu, new vision all unduped which one is best or should I wait?

    Both vision ans SL are excelent choices. I personally went with vision. My next one will be my 4* 2099
