Ægon 15 second Heavy timer lasting 20 seconds (pics & vid)

So when i was using Ægon i threw his heavy and got the combo shield, but when it switched over to the timer it seemed that each second was ticking pretty slow. In the bideo you can see that the 15 second countdown lasts 20 seconds.

Anything about this?
Looks like they used a timer from another champ and didn’t bother to measure it before release.
Somebody didn’t like it aparently....
