I was playing halls of heroes and just started the last fight to 100% the hardest difficulty and Kabam I get a terms of service ban for 168 hours. I have known idea what I did wrong. I submitted a ticket and Kabam can't even tell me what I specifically did to get banned. I don't feel that it is right for Kabam to ban player's if they can't tell you what you did specifically to violate the terms of service. "You violated the terms of service" is an very vague answer.

    I am sorry that you are frustrated because your account was banned. However, the forums are not the place to discuss any actions taken on individual accounts, including in-game bans. For that reason, I am going to close this thread.
