How high of a sig level does Void need

I have an unduped 4* Void, and even though it's just a 4, I have 3 Awakening Gems and figured he'd be one of the best champs I could give one too, but how high of a signature level does he need to be useful?

    He's useful at any sig but if say 50-60 is when It really got good for me, at sig 99 it's amazing

    He's useful at sig 1, and gets better and better.
