    Just try him out and then make the decision

    I like him for his L1. Inflicts bleed and can gain regen

    Not a terrible pull , better than what most get , I'd say r2 him and then wait for a better 5*

    Im working off the theory that I wont rank any 5* that isnt a top 3 champ in each class because the resources are hard to come by as it is and I wasted heaps on garbage 4* champs just to build a roster.

    I have WS and VP at 1/10 and they will probably stay there.

    He's OK but has very little upside. To me he's arena fodder at best.

    Even when duped his sig is pretty terrible.
