Christmas AW and AQ

Why is kascam running a full AW and AQ during the holidays? To me it is lack of concern for the community as a whole. Most alliances can’t skip or go short on content because they will drop spots.
Would have been wiser to shorten AW or delay until after Christmas!
Just my opinion but shows kasam doesn't really care about the player. More thought into calendar would have been appreciated.

Euhm, just don't play? It's a choice, you know, nobody is holding a gun to your head...
^^^^^^ pretty much sums it up.
You mean you only care about yourself? You realize Christmas isnt celbrated by everyone that plays this game right? How about you stop being so selfish.
Doesnt make any sense why you'd ask for 30 min timers. I cant even begin to understand that. You want more time with family, 30 min timers does the opposite. 30 min timers means you can move more often, which means logging in more. Congradulations on a horrible idea.
Makes perfect sense. You would login the same amount of times, just in a shorter real-world timespan thus have more real-world time with your family.
Math is hard...but this isn’t rocket science.
Point of post was ka-scam could be more aware of major holidays.
They do this every year, people think it's stupid every year, and it continues. You either play by their rules or get blasted by the forum defense force if you dare speak your mind,
30 minute timers means you can move more often, but it also means you don't have to. If you don't get on as soon as you have energy it's no big deal. When we have 30 minute timers it's more relaxed for everyone and everyone logs in less. Can you really not begin to understand that? You think people keep asking for 30 minute timers because it forces them to login more? For reasonable people that don't use 30 minute timers to punish themselves and their alliance it makes if far less grind and far less critical to get on because people are waiting for links to come down. Honestly I'm blown away that you think 30 minute timers means you have to log in more. Who cares that you can move more often? The point is if you have 5 energy and don't move right away, no one cares. Instead of logging in multiple times to clear individual nodes you can log in once and do multiple fights.
No different than moving every 5 hours. If you are going off of "move when you want" you dont nees 30 min timers anyway then.
Sorry but it is different. People go to bed at different times in different time zones. Especially for map 6, a certain level of constant movement is needed to clear. This is by design, and I'm fine with it, but when people are extra busy at this time of year, 1/2 hour timers make a huge difference in reducing the grind and the amount of logins needed. They gave them to us last year for this reason. We have decided to just run map 5 right now, which is also fine and I'm not complaining. But the idea that it's not different is just flat out wrong. Ordinarily you can't just move every 5 hours because nodes have to come down. There is no point debating this. 1/2 hour timers give you so much more flexibility and margin for error if you get stalled by people being unable to get on while traveling.
The Alliance Quest and Alliance War events in game are on a set schedule that has not changed this week. I'm sorry to hear if you do not want to participate during the holiday, which is understandable. However, as other players may still want to participate, the events are not canceled.
I hope everyone has a great holiday both in game and out!
