Two great avenger power level villains designed to need to much to take down.

Class skill
Medium attack, medium health, low critical rate, low critical damage
Passive: Combat Master
Taskmaster analyses his opponent's fight pattern and uses it against them. Apply a concussion on the opponent everytime Taskmaster successfully baits a special attack. (Block or not get hit or evade)
Concussion lasts for 6 seconds.(80% ability accuracy reduction, affected by class relationships)
Passive: Precision charge: Next attack is an assured critical hit(.Except SP3 of course)
When attacked: 5% chance to evade all incoming attacks. Increases by 10% based on lost health. Gain a charge of precision for each full bar of power on a successful evade.(Dexterity counts too)
(Suppose you have 3 bars of power when you evade; you get 3 precision charges)
Well timed blocks: Gain a charge of precision for each full bar of power.(Works the same way)
Special 1: 100% attack rating bleed over 2 seconds. Armour break bleed immune champs.
Special 2: True strike.100% attack rating Bleed over 2 seconds. Armour break bleed immune champs.
Special 3: Paralyse for 4 seconds.Bleed 200% attack rating bleed over 4 seconds. Shock bleed immune champs.
Signature Ability: Combat Genius
As blows are traded Taskmaster understands and counters his opponents fighting style. For every hit in the combo meter, Taskmaster's critical damage increases by X% (Same % as star lord)
Taskmaster's Sig. Ability works just like star lords. Instead of element gun, block proficiency and fury, he has bleed and concussion.
Precision charge allows him strike as many crits as possible to maximize his Sig abilitiy's potential
Class:Mutant /Science (Cinematic universe)
Passive: Quicksilver's enhanced metabolism allows him to Shug off debuffs 50% faster
When attacked: 5% chance for Quicksilver to automatically dodge incoming attacks, causing them to MISS( Like hood) Chance to dodge attacks increases by upto 15% based on lost health.
Passive: Velocity charge
Everytime Quicksilver is struck by a critical hit or strikes with a critical hit he gains a velocity charge. Upto a maximum of 11
Velocity charges increase the chance to dodge incoming attacks by 2% and are ALL consumed when an incoming attack misses
(Not like Miles Morales, who loses one at a time)
All attacks: Rapid strike
Quicksilver's immense speed gives him a 5% chance to strike twice in a single hit ( This effectively deals bonus damage like Red Hulk, In an M- L -L- L -M combo, Quicksilver does MM -LL-LL-LL-MM if all are Rapid strike. The opponent doesn't get power from the bonus hit)
Chance to rapid strike increases by 4% per Velocity charge active.
(Rapid strike doesn't consume Velocity charges)
Special Attacks: Sonic Boom
Quicksilver breaks through the sound barrier creating a Sonic explosion to disorient his opponents. Applying a 4'second concussion on the opponent, reducing their ability accuracy by 80%(affected by class relationships)
When the Concussion expires, It is replaced by a 4 second taunt (Like Stark enhanced spidy)
Signature Ability: Supersonic(99)
Each Velocity charge now increases the chance to dodge by 7%
The base chance to Rapid strike increases by a flat 5% per 10 hits in the combo meter. Maxes out at 100 hits.
Low attack, Low health, High critical rate, High critical damage
Quicksilver rewards you and allows you to play very offensively.The chance for an attack to miss increases based on how many critical hits you land. Just gain enough velocity charges and you can chain combo and after combo.(Because the opponent's attack will miss.
Taunt help him bait specials and concussion helps make up for his low attack.
