Iceman coldsnap bugged in dungeon?

Iceman in dungeon killed my Blade Starky and GR one after each other with the coldsnap alone, doing so high damage, not sure how.
As per description his coldsnap should do 4k dmg over 12 seconds, together with the node it should be 6k right? how did it blow away 22k dmg from an r5 5star blade and kill a 100% 4star r5 starky within seconds. This was in room 4 of dungeon 7 so this cost a lot of point...

    He doesn't have a node, but his attack is still boosted. 6k is too low of a damage for him in thaf level

    I don’t get it @will-o-wisp
    This is the sig ability description from the specific iceman I had problems with. Also the nodes are snapshot there.
    So how should I calculate the dmg to be expected?
    Is there any additional multiplier? If yes, where should I look for that?
    Anyway, I still do not believe that a 30k PI Iceman jn room 4 should be able to kill you in seconds from almost full health...

    4k increased by 50% is 6k
    4k increased by 150% is 10k...primary school maths

    also he has a class advantage against blade which increases damage even more

    @DemitriM you are right with the 10k but it still does not add up, 22k was taken away easily, with not getting a hit and even healing in the meanwhile with blade and it was still not close to the debuff to expire
