Account gone?

Hey kabam,

I recently re-installed the game and signed in with my mail. Only to find out everything was gone... how does that happen? Did you delete everything at a certain point?

    Hey Caspertastic,

    From personal experience, one of the first things to check in this case would be if you're signed into the correct profile.
    There are a few email addresses connected to my own Google Play account, so make sure to check that you're signed into the correct account first if you haven't linked your game to your Kabam account.

    If you can't find your account, the next best step would be to get in touch with the Support Team using the contact us form linked just below, and please provide as much detail about your account as you can, so that the team can investigate.
