Parry duration vs unstoppable

So parry timer is shorter when parrying an unstoppable opponent( when buff is active). I know it’s always been like that, but is there a reason? There’s nothing in the description that would indicate why.

I doubt that it is different
unless there is a limber node as well

Or maybe the defender has his Masteries set up so stun duration is shorter.

No. I’m talking about if you parry UC when he has unstoppable buff active vs if he doesn’t. Same fight. Same opponent

Doesn't affect me when I parry UC with unstoppable.

@Alrulz I've never noticed a difference. Maybe there is though, I'll have to watch next time it's applicable.

Lol. I made a video to show, but not sure how to post here

@Alrulz as far as I know you'd have to upload it to youtube and then post the link.

If you watch video, you can see I get 4 hits before parry timer runs out, vs 3 hits when unstoppable is active

Looks awfully close to me. I think you might be more careful of hitting him when he's stunned while Unstoppable so you stop at 3 so you don't risk hitting him when stun wears off. Whereas when he's stunned while not unstoppable, you feel confident in that 4th hit landing without repercussion.

I’m not debating whether or not the duration is different. It obviously is. My original question was if there’s a reason why, since there’s nothing in UC’s abilities which affects stun duration

I think you are seeing what you want to see. You only hit him 3 times while he's stunned and Unstoppable KNOWING that if you hit him again he won't be stunned and attack you right back. When he's stunned while not Unstoppable, you don't have to worry about that so you confidently hit him a 4th time. I don't see any issue here.
