CALLING ALL GHOST VETERANS!

PazinatorPazinator Member Posts: 69
Howdy, I recently pulled ghost out of basics twice a week apart (lucky I know right it was unbelievable). Anyway a few weeks down the track here we are I have her at rank 4 and need 3 more t4 tech to take her to r5. And naturally been practising labrynth of legends.

Now my question is what is the best way to use ghost WITHOUT the wasp synergy? I only have a 4* r1 wasp and that’s fine for labrynth but for end game content I feel it’s just not viable to take up a team slot for a synergy.

Thanks

I’d like to know this as well. Just pulled her and awakened her myself

Ghost with full synergies can take almost every fight in the game, for the hardest trial of the alchemist difficult I took in The quantum trinity and blade + Ghost rider and got through it only using blade and ghost. I used blade for just 2 fights. If you learn to play her well it's viable to have spaces taken up for her synergies on your team, my wasp is also just a 4* at rank 1. My questing team almost always has my rank 5 ghost + her antman and wasp synergies.

If you absolutely can't have space taken up on your team the best way to play is to just parry or bait a heavy before you throw her sp2. It's not bad but makes her less viable for stun immune fights and makes it harder to build up furies and not have them run out before you get the sp2 off.

I agree with what your saying but not every fight is a stun immune fight and on those certain occasions you could spot a wasp in there if the circumstance arose. I’d much rather someone with utility like a power controller or an immunity champion over a synergy wasp at r1 100%.

Ghost can still do bomb damage without synergies it’s just having the finess and skill to pull it off, thus this post 🙂

The parry specials also seems to work quite well. I wonder how many other ways people have thought of?

You can do power gain fights with the hood synergy and Ghost can shrug off DOTs lol. Another way to do it I found without synergies is more difficult to pull off. If you dash back and phase then keep waiting and build space between you and the opponent until phase is on cooldown again. When the opponent rushes towards you, you can intercept him with an sp2

@Sungj does that work? I thought she had to be phased to have unblockable specials.

Another strategy I’ve been practising is stand close to opponent and when they attack you, dexterity and immediately throw it. Requires a bit of timing but I can pull it off sometimes.

A good way to practice is in ultron assault because there you are not able to take the synergies.

With some training you can still evade and start the sk2 while the opponent is dashing into you with a medium watch the Ultron assault videos of pandaman
