Transmutation not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
So when I go to transmute potions into stronger ones, it says I have insufficient potions. For instance my level 2 team ally potions is saying insufficient. Problem is, my potions are maxed and have some waiting in stash. Thoughts?

    You sure you are tansmuting the correct item? You didn't hit the weekly cap for their transmutation?
    Can you provide screenshots of it?

    Hm, looks like there's nothing wrong. You can't hit the "Get Now" button, is that it?
    If so then most likely it's broken

    Why would it say that I only have 10 available if I have over 25?

    The transmutation is to create lvl 3 pots. Its says you have 10x of those lvl 3 potions
