Missing items, units

Today I opened my account and I had almost 1000 units after a fight in allience war my units instantly became 0 literally zero. Also I have a friend, our allience leader he lost so much, rank up gems, sig. Stones, awakening gems, six star shards and some of his heroes ranked down and their signature abilities deleted. My harm is not as big as his but please pay attention and fix this.

    Need to file a support ticket. Forums mods can't help with that.

    But seriously, unless Kabam rolled back the account for some reason (found out he cheated) there is no way for someone to rank down a champ and have their sig ability lowered/removed.

    Yeah, like I said, even if your leader's account was compromised, there is 0 way to rank down champs (unless he somehow had rank down tickets frokm LAST YEAR still in his stash) or lower/remove a champs signature ability. Only Kabam can do that, and would only do that if they found out he cheated.

    Hi Trickstar! As others have mentioned, your best option if you believe you are missing units you should have received is to contact our Support Team directly. You can do so in game by going to the options menu and then tapping on Support, or you can follow the following link. They'll have the tools needed to take a look at your account and see if anything is missing!
