What is Wrong with Me?

I have given this game a chance after starting it and thinking it is easy, because it was the beginning, but now it is just ridiculous. I use the exact same combo every time with just about any character match-up and I win every time! All I do is Medium, Light, Light, Light, Light, Block; adding in the special when it comes up after the last light attack, and the A.I. doesn't seem to know how to handle it! I have waited until LVL 9 and I'm in the 6th part of the first act (I don't have much time to play) and I'm on the second part of the second act in "This Man... This Monster!" and have also played many online matches with this method of playing never failing. What am I doing wrong?

    You've got to change how you fight sometimes. Parry and heavies or medium light light medium attacks. Or parry and then do specials

    BTW I mean't Act 1 Chapter 1: 6. instead of Act 1 6th Part

    Wait until you get past beginner content. It ramps up quite a bit.

    Think of it as being a baby, everything is really easy...as you get older, life gets tougher. Just keep playing...your get into the swing of things.

    Masteries play a big part too,hope you are using dexterity and parry. I played without them for quite some time

    I feel like some of you misread OP. He’s complaining about it being too easy and is able to do all fights with the same moveset. Not that his style isn’t working or that the content is too hard.

    I love this analogy because it also fits that if you have money life is easier 😂

    I guess I'm just used to games starting with a little more challenge, I'll keep playing and see what happens.

    Act 4 is where it starts to get harder, it's nice to see people saying the game is too easy amoung the hundreds complaining about the EQ every month lol

    Ya give it time. Especially with the availability of 3 and 4 star champs these days the early moments in the game must be super easy. It will ramp up inventory you get through the early stuff.

    Also join an alliance a little above you and you may start seeing some more difficult stuff and progress faster as well

    Once you get some 3*, or a lucky 4*, go ahead and try the event quest at beginner or normal level. Also, when you have a champion to rank up, go to the event quest tab and do the catalyst dailies for good rankup mats. Class catalyst dailies cycle weekly with a blend on Sunday.
    (btw never rank up Deadpool. He is utter garbage. Don’t do Logan either. I see a lot of noobs with them ranked up because they liked their movies. Don’t make that mistake. Ask before you rank or just post your roster and say “who’s good?” When you have options to rank up. The forum is always helpful in that regard.)


    ALSO! do medium Light light light medium (MLLLM) that’s the best damage output for most champs in a combo.
