Was hitting Korgs block with a Corvus in AW and he went Unstoppable. Not a well timed block, because that woulda got me parried. He was just holding block while I was pushing him to sp2

    It clearly says above that he gains 1 point in Crowd Excitement when Miek appears while he is blocking, 2 points if it is a well timed block, so don't hit his block

    It is for both; 1 charge for any block, and 2 if he does a Well-Timed block. Read the ability again, and note the +’s
