Compensation for the Issues that we experienced on November 8th and the rewards that were unable to be claimed due to those issues are being sent out via in-game mail on November 15. Alliance War season rewards will be sent out on approximately November 20. Leaving your Alliance prior to this will result in missing out on your season rewards.

Lagging issues

I'm facing lagging issue while playing, I don't know why, earlier I thought that was my network problem but it's not.
It's taking too much time for next fight
And showing that "please check your network connection"

Anyone facing lagging problem like me

  • Hey guys, I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing lag, and I understand it can be frustrating when the game doesn't perform in the way you expect.

    There are many devices capable of running the game, all with different specifications, and there are many different reasons reasons why one person may experience lag when compared to someone else. However, we're always trying to identify, develop, and implement changes to help make the game run smoother on as many devices as possible.

    Reports submitted in those discussions can provide invaluable information that allows our Development Team to target specific areas needing improvement, and ultimately, to help resolve issues like lag.
