I’ve been testing it out recently with my Hawkeye recently. Is it just me or is the damage from his signature a wee bit low? I mean, 2 SP1 does more damage than his sig.

    Another remarkable benefit to that length is if you run the Despair and Inequity Masteries: that is a very long time for them to be suffering lowered attack power and healing, even if only by a smallish amount.

    Yeah well my point is that the signature doesn’t really much.

    That is the main issue with his sig, it takes too damn long. You really need a high sig level to see it tick away the opponent's health.

    I reckon it should do a lot more damage, and they should decrease the chance to around 15% but remove the once-per-fight limit.
