which 4 star champ to awaken

I have a 4 star awakening gem and don't know who to use it on. Options are
GweenPool, Ghost Rider, Iron Man IW, Sabertooth, Heimdall, Karnak, Green Goblin, blade,, hood, carnage

any advice?

    Blade.cant beat regen on demand below 70% health

    Depends on what you prefer
    If you want a solid defender then I'd suggest IMIW
    If you're more of an attacker then I'd suggest Blade or GP

    Carnage trust me...don't sleep on an awakened Carnage. Did u c what I did there? Lol! And like the other commenter said...Quake doesn't need to be awakened to be great!
