Who to rank up next

I was wondering who I should prioritize ranking up next. I've completed act 4, exploring it now. Have only done 5.1.1 and not gone anywhere near ROL or LOL. My alliance doesn't do wars, except on weekend, feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.

    X23 is awesome for general questing..her healthpool is a little less but her regen and damage both make up for it..she was very helpful in my uncollected runs and now that I am doing a little bit of 5.3 here and there,I chose my 5/50 x23 over the likes medusa,gwenpool and others cuz of her regen as she can recover all the chip damage and if u play well,end the fight on 100% health
