Is Mystic Dispersion Rank 5 worth it, and should I get it? I've heard sometimes it gives too much Power or the increase in Power Gain isn't Huge...

    Depends
    For some champions, there will be too many buffs so you'll get 3 bars too fast. For some champions, there will be few buffs and that's exactly enough to push to 2 bars. The proof of the pudding is the eating.

    I have a few Mystic champs including a morning star 5* R5 and I think 3/5 is just fine

    Well I don't have much else to spend the Loyalty on, so should I go for a 4/5 Star Unstoppable Colossus or get the 80 Mystic Cores for MD Rank 5?
