Linking MCOC game with a Kabam ID

So three years ago I downloaded MCOC. I never created a Kabam ID, just opened and played. I tried to link my email to the game, but just ended up creating a new game account which I never use. I have contacted Kabam and answered all questions they asked. I also explained that there is no original email account for a Kabam ID for my original game. Kabam just closed the email thread without actually giving me any help because I didn't supply an email address even though there was never a Kabam Id for the game. Anybody else had this issue? If so did you get any further than i did?

    Hey Imperium, unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are unable to help with account-specific concerns like this. Therefore, I recommend getting back in touch with our Support Team for further assistance.

    You may wish to recap on the account verification details you have previously provided. Additionally, I recommend letting them know that you are trying to link your account with a Kabam ID and if possible, provide the Game Center or Google Play ID which is linked to the account to help verify your ownership.
