Help Request button broken for Arena

Kabam, it is time for a complete overhaul of the request help button for arena. This feature as it sits is tedious, inconsistent, and takes such an absurd amount of time to do, most people won’t even do it. Getting my alliance to press the help button is nearly impossible because of time consuming it is and then sometimes the help button won’t work at all. This makes it extremely difficult for us who are competing for rank rewards in arena.

Arena is already extremely time consuming as it is. Kabam you need to address this and please make something happen and soon.
