Banned and locked out

Not going to get into a major discussion about being banned. But on my iPhone I can't even get to a point where I can log into another account. Deleting and reinstalling app does nothing. Currently working with support about the ban, in the mean time I'd like to start another account but cannot get anywhere without the screen saying banned. Why do I have this issue and other don't?

    You should clear your cache and data then uninstall the app. Then install it again

    Its not ip ban.. its device lockout.. it only removes when u reset device else u will be stucked with ur current id forever..
