There is something funny with my hero Crystals!!!

I have 103 4* heros, and all the crystals that I have opened this last week were all new champions, no dupes, I won on the 4* crystals 5 new ones, I even bought a FGMC and won a new 4*..all in a row.. And even still I don't have the one I want which is Void 😐
