I wholeheartedly disagree this is needed then. If officers lose the ability to help replace members when needed, I will just have officers as "vice leaders" anyways. Also, the "lock defenders" is not a function I think would ever really be necessary. If you have officers not communicating or moving defenders after defense is set, you have other issues.
