I mean he's like the ancestor of all mutant powers but he's also kinda like a god. It could go ethier way really.

    He's labeled as the first Mutant. And some of his power also comes from Celestial Tech, but that's only used to enhance his Mutant biology. So he would be Mutant. Definitely Mutant.

    Clearly mutant. He’s the first mutant ever. Mystic makes no sense what so ever.

    Apocalypse is a Mutant. He just has a lot of powers due to genetic manipulation. It’s why he and Mr. Sinister have a partnership of sorts.
