Which skill should I upgrade? Or should I wait?

I've got 3 skill T4 catalyst now so can take a skill up quite high, wondering if any of my 4 stars were worth Like black widow, or my 5 star Korg. Or should I wait for a blade or Gwenpool etc? If I got a 4 star one of these I could awaken immediately too.

    Ive heard this, does he need to be awakened to get that rock stack damage abiltiy? I use mine but don't think he does much apart from the good resistance.
