As the pics demonstrate, why is he hitting less with an armor break debuff?

    I thought Corvus Glaive armour breaks didn’t effect damage since he already ignores armour and resistance from his true damage buff.

    That’s fact. Crit hits ignore armor so armor break does nothing except increase damage on his first light attack or without glaive charges.

    That’s fact. Crit hits ignore armor so armor break does nothing except increase damage on his first light attack or without glaive charges.

    Then why does his damage decrease with an armor break debuff?
    Light attack and medium attack? I don’t know what sequence you used but that’s likely the case.

    It's gimpy. It should be the same damage. The charges give him true damage ignoring armor and resistances, the crit is occurring when his armor is already being ignored so that shouldn't change anything. Kabam needs to explain what's going on. The armor breaks shouldn't make a difference for charged glaive hits no matter how many he stacks. Unless our current understanding is way off.

    There is a bug for quite some years now, abou the interaction between armor breaks and physical resistance.
    Nothing new, and it's not somethig wrong with Corvus

    Nah man. That's 1st medium attack for both pictures. Not a light attack

    People stop commenting when you have no idea what you re taking about. Armor break increases the dmg, whether he has charges or not.

    What he’s showing happens a lot in map 7 with certain nodes that have no effects with armor interaction. It is a bug

    No armor break shouldn’t increase his damage when he has guaranteed crit hits. Critical hits ignore all armor. So breaking a defenders armor and doing a critical hit won’t (or shouldn’t) increase the damage or lower damage. So before you speak do some research.

    Now there was (or could still be) a bug awhile back that cause lowered damage with armor break. I don’t remember the exact interactions that caused it but this was across all champions not just corvus.

    So to reiterate previous comments. Corvus isn’t bugged. But the armor break situation may have come back. That being said I see no change in my corvus with or without armor breaks and his critical hits.
