  I think a mod said if you had completed those acts longer than a month ago you wouldn’t get those rewards. Let me see if I can find the comment.

  It needed to be completed after December 23rd or 13th, some time in December 2018 but that still doesn't answer his question.
  
  I'm curious myself but I imagine the best answer you'll get is soon or sometime in the future.
