How to talk to kabam about cheating/dock

Since the forums arent the place to talk about docks/cheating and every ticket i send in gets the same auto response then closed, how do i talk to kabam about these issues? As a paying customer surely you would want to at least give me the opportunity to talk to someone about my concern/issue. i have never been more frustrated trying to deal with any customers service in my life.
