Yesterday this trouble ticket was opened and Case # 05092791 and closed without resolution.
My units returned have not been returned. As of now, you are defrauding a customer. I bought the Tier 5 Catalyst but have not received ALL of that which I purchased. Please return my 8500 units, rank down Corvus, give me back my 500 tier 5 shards. You have removed all t5 shards and the correct # of t2Alphas.
I fail to see why I am, as a long standing customer, being treated thus. Please fix the problem accurately that you created.
