Not Crazy but Not Lazy - Need 1 to Help Us Push for Gold 1 in Season 9

We finished Season 8 as 64th of Gold 2, and we're looking to push for Gold 1 for Season 9. Seeking 1 player, prefer North American based adults but we have a couple of Brits who make it work. You also need to be a fun, reliable person. Person we had lined up fell through.
We are an 18M alliance with several players who have been in Elite Alliances but found the work/life/game balance too difficult.
We are looking for folks Exploring Act 5 or pushing for Cavalier (or made Cavalier).
We run 3 War Groups in AW. We use Line to ensure Diversity before posting Defenders.
AQ - We run one Map 6 on day one or two, depending on Defender Placement, then 554 the rest of the week.
Event minimums are No Zeroes. Minimal weekly donations.
