Surely it was a bug,also not strictly for iceman...I was doing uncollected,there is Omega Red somewhere in the second chapter,he hit me with a heavy,degen didnt cause any DOT damage but healed me instead thanks to will power

    You probably didn't have any spores on you. His degen only causes damage if you have spores.
