Does anyone remember how we dealt with him last time? I can't remember who we used. I just spent Units on a Team Rev, and I don't really want to do it again for Exploration. I seem to recall someone that worked well, I just can't recall. Thanks.

    True strike would work...last time many people used AAR champs to counter his evade chance but this time he has force of will..so true strike champs are the best option

    domino with unlucky, heimdall after sp1, venom with health less than 18%, karnak with sp1, cable with sp3, corvus glaive with proxima in team and using a special / heavy attack after he evaded, falcon with parrying for 3 seconds..

    I used Kingpin, gain Rage whenever he evades, dodge the specials, if you get him near a wall repeat heavy attack with the unstoppable buff.

    If you don't have him though yeah anyone with true strike.

    Thanks. I was debating taking Emma up since I have her, but I also just brought Venom to R5, so I'll probably use him. I really only need to beat him twice more anyway.

    @SlyCat42 I have a choice between Unduped Emma, or Duped Bishop. Think I should Rank Bishop first? Thought I would ask you since you seem to like him.

    Honestly, I don't have Emma, but I would think she might be the better one to take up. I do like Bishop a lot. He's got a lot of really good stuff going for him most people have forgotten about. He has near energy damage immunity, very high block proficiency, and can bypass a lot of troublesome nodes like thorns damage and cleanse bleeds with prowess charges.

    Having said that, I think he ranks somewhere around the same place as Rogue. He has a lot of utility, and he is good, but he's not top tier. Also, he can basically do nothing against tech champions because he can't gain prowess against them. I just enjoy playing him. In all the time I've been playing I've only opened a handful of god tier champions. So, a lot of champions that have put in a lot of work for me are mid level utility champions. Back before five stars I used Agent Venom to clear all sorts of stuff, and he got me through a great deal of content even after 5 stars were released because my first 5 star was Rhino and I couldn't do that much with Rhino.

    The only caveat to that would be if need to do a Legend title run. I just did mine this last month with Bishop. He's faster than Domino, but slower than Corvus. Does the trick. In any case take anything I say with a grain of salt because I don't have my own Emma frost, but I do know she can hit hard and has a lot of utility. For her immunities alone many people rate her very highly.

    If you decide to fire off an L3 his power gain is basically shut down. This will put you back in diamond form. Baiting heavies in diamond form is easy, because she is a tank. Enjoy!

    I love Emma. If I pull a 4-5 mutant gem from Variant I’m seriously considering her over Domino. You just don’t see too many 5/65 Emma!

    Try her out with the Phoenix synergy. Every time she would gain a prowess, she gains two instead. Beardo and Wolvie synergy gives her a permanent 20% prowess as well. Fire off a couple bomb L2s and watch stuff die. It’s a good time.

    Also, you cannot parry the Golden boy, but when you are able... her parry/heavies give them almost no power at all, and stack a perma prowess up to five until you switch forms. Extremely useful ability in the right scenario. Pseudo-power control. Well, maybe just actual power control. Haha. Just not power draining.

    Be nice to her. She’s my girlfriend.

    If he's not immune to debuffs then spider Gwen will also work (her heavy inflicts slow debuff which prevents enemies from evading)
