Avoiding Human Torches SP2 - Uncollected

Is anyone having else having a difficult time avoiding Human Torches SP2 in the event quest. For the bounty missions and 3.1 I was able to evade it nearly everything but for whatever reason I keep getting hit by him in 3.2.

    You have to wait for his dash in, just like Venom's SP2

    evade the first part, then wait till he flies in again to dodge it then keep swiping back, easier to evade then sp1 if you master it

    I had trouble at first but now I don't have a problem dodging it just gotta learn how.

    Evade first hit, block second, dodge the rest. The block damage is minimal

    If I know he is ready to launch a SP2, I dash back quite some distance. You'll see the first hit coming and can easily dash back. Then immediately dash back for the other hits. I think this is a SP2 you need to bait, if he surprises you, you get wrecked.
