Is dexterity meant to proc 2 overclock charges for the AI or is it an oversight. I ran the uncollected EQ path and the AI gained 1 for the initial precision buff then another for the timed buff.
Also, i used storm and thor (rag) on these nodes and neither seemed to take any less damage from the shock caused from these. Is this due to them being ‘passive’? Neither thor or storms descriptions specify active or passive buffs for their shock damage reduction. Not sure if this is working as intended or something that needs attention.
