I haven't got the new act compensation rewards from the first 3 acts on my first account, but i did get them on my second account

    New Rewards of act 1 and 2 are not given to many summoners who completed them before they should be given

    Did you already receive those Act rewards when originally done, or are you doing them for the very first time ?

    If you already did them, you will not get rewards again (even though rewards were updated). That is what original announcement indicated.

    This bug is that I cannot claim the buffed rewards for completing Act 1 and 2 before the rewards were buffed. Is this buff a mistake or is this intended? It says there were rewards that I claimed, but I never received those rewards.

    Hi gang -

    I'm merging two threads together about the same topic so I can clear up confusion. The updated rewards for these acts were compensated to those who did completion on December 13th, 2018 to the date we put these changes into play. If you completed it before December 13th, you will not be given these rewards.
